Effect of storage conditions on the mycoflora and viability of zinnia (Zinnia elegans Jacq.) seeds

, : Effect of storage conditions on the mycoflora and viability of zinnia (Zinnia elegans Jacq.) seeds. Journal of the Indian Botanical Society 62(1): 32-55

Field fungi declined while storage fungi rapidly increased with storage time at room temp. and there was a simultaneous and significant loss in germination percentage. A rapid fall in number and incidence of field and storage fungi occurred during low temp. (10+or-1 degrees C) storage.
