Long-term field experiments on an irrigated Cis-Caucasian calcareous chernozem and dark chestnut soil established optimal contents of labile phosphorus in soils for various crops. Regression analysis showed that the labile P content increased proportionally to the amount of recently applied and residual fertilizer phosphorus.
