Establishment and characteristics of cultured lymphoid tumor cell line derived from avian lymphoid leukosis

Establishment and characteristics of cultured lymphoid tumor cell line derived from avian lymphoid leukosis

Nihon Juigaku Zasshi. Japanese Journal of Veterinary Science 45(4): 519-523

A cell line, NV1, derived from a bursal tumour of a field case of lymphoid leukosis, was shown to be B lymphoblastoid of non-secretory, low molecular weight IgM type. Differences from the 1104-B cell line are given.
