Nutrition and food safety - France
A selection of French legislation is presented, including: the Order of 25 Jan. 1982 on the indication of the expiry date on containers of yoghurt or other fermented milk; Decree No. 82-184 of 22 Feb. 1982 amending Decree No. 63-695 of 10 July 1963 for the implementation of the Law of 1 Aug. 1905 on the suppression of fraudulent practices in respect of fermented milk and yoghurt; the Order of 31 March 1982 on the use of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids in edible ices and ice cream; and the Order of 6 April 1982 on the use of partially hydrolysed calcium caseinate in certain foods.
