Persistence of linuron after repeated annual applications on the same field over a six-year period

Persistence of linuron after repeated annual applications on the same field over a six-year period

Nordiska Jordbruksforskares Forening Seiminarium Nr 58 Klimatfaktorers inverkan pa herbicidernas effekt Sektion II Vaxtodling Subsektion ogras: (16)1-10

Decomposition of linuron was studied in the laboratory in soil with various temp. and m.c. and in a field receiving repeated herbicide applications from 1978 to 1983. Temp. strongly affected the time when decomposition started. Variations in the kinetics of decomposition in the field could not be satisfactorily explained by variations in air temp. or precipitation.
