Plasma LH and progesterone in seasonally anoestrous ewes given GnRH in a low dose continuous infusion

Plasma LH and progesterone in seasonally anoestrous ewes given GnRH in a low dose continuous infusion

Proceedings of the fifteenth Annual Conference of the Australian Society for Reproductive Biology Canberra, Australia, September 4-7, 1983: 76

12 anoestrous Corriedale ewes were each given 3 progesterone implants subcutaneously for 14 days. Starting at implant removal, ewes were infused with 0, 125, 250 or 500 ng GnRH per h for 96 h. Blood samples were taken at various intervals during and after GnRH infusion.
