Abstract
Bioassays of 4 types of soil treated with dalapon, diuron and PCP showed that the conc. of herbicide declined rapidly during the 1st wk, probably owing to adsorption. After 12 wk residues were still detectable, though decomposition was more rapid in soil kept at 50% field capacity than in flooded soil.
