Results of experiments with MCPA, chlorfenprop-methyl and their combinations in spring barley

The effects of MCPA (applied as Aminex) and chlorfenprop-methyl (Bidisin) were investigated in plot trials on a hnedozem soil at Nitra, Czechoslovakia sown with barley Koral, Spartan and Diabas. Herbicides were applied at the 5-leaf stage at the recommended dose of (a) 3 l Aminex/ha, (b) twice this dose, (c) the recommended dose of 8 l/Bidisin ha, (d) twice this dose, (e) a tank mixture of (a) + (b), and (f) a tank mixture of (c) + (d).
