Seeds of radish Jinju-daepyeong stored for one year under various temperature and RH conditions or freshly harvested, were sown on five dates from 25 June to 21 August. The time to bolting and percentage of bolted plants was increased by storage, particularly when seeds had been stored under high RH. Seeds stored in a desiccator also produced a higher percentage of bolted plants than freshly harvested seeds.
