The effect of age of parents on the progeny of diapaused and non-diapaused Heliothis zea

The effect of age of parents on the progeny of diapaused and non-diapaused Heliothis zea

Entomologia Experimentalis et Applicata, 353: 235-239

The effect of parental age at the time of oviposition on the offspring of females of Heliothis zea (Boddie) that had undergone diapause and others that had not undergone diapause was examined under laboratory conditions. Diapause was induced in the laboratory by reducing daylengths and temperature.
