Vegetative propagation through seedling cuttings in coffee

Vegetative propagation through seedling cuttings in coffee

Journal of Coffee Research 13(3): 78-80

In trials with the robusta S.274 and the hybrid SLN.5, old seedlings (over 18-months-old), normally discarded, were cut into 10-30 cm long leafless cuttings and planted in pots, beds or directly in the field. They were covered with plastic sheets and ventilated or shaded (in the field).
