Yield evaluation of the spring-sown F1 hybrid onion Prospero in breeding trials



Annals of Applied Biology 104(Supplement, Tests of Agrochemicals and Cultivars, 5): 132-133



Field trials were conducted at two sites in 1980, 1981 and 1982, and at another site in 1980 and 1982. In each trial, Prospero and the commercial cultivars Hygro (F1), Jumbo, Balstora and Robusta were grown together with a variable number of breeding lines.
