A comparison of polygalacturonase isoenzyme patterns produced in culture and in infected plants by different strains of Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn

In further studies the isoenzyme patterns obtained by isoelectric focussing suggested that unspecialised strs. of the pathogen exhibit a complex polygalacturonase polymorphism. All the 7 isoenzymes produced in culture by the unspecialized str.
