Bundey: a twining tropical legume for the Northern Territory

Bundey: a twining tropical legume for the Northern Territory

Agnote, Department of Primary Production, Northern Territory (85/5): 2

Centrosema pascuorum Bundey is an annual pasture legume resembling Cavalcade in appearance; the main difference is smaller seed (58 compared with 48 seeds/g) and flowering in mid-April rather than mid-March. Bundey produces high yields of good quality forage for intensive grazing or hay production and is well suited to seasonally flooded areas in the Top End and may be sown in mixture with Cavalcade.
