CO2 fertilizing via the irrigation water or nutrient solution

Poinsettia cultivars Annette Hegg and Angelika, chrysanthemum cultivars Yellow Delaware and Trumpf, Kalanchoe cultivars Singapur and Eldorado, and Impatiens cultivars Meteor and Zodiac were grown in Einheitserde P or TKS 1 substrate. Half of the pots in a greenhouse were drip-irrigated with carbonated (1.2 g CO2/litre) nutrient solution (0.025-0.05% Flory 3) and half with non-carbonated solution.
