44 Hereford and Holstein-Friesian (HF) cattle and crossbreds with 25, 50 or 75% HF inheritance were studied. All animals with <less or => 50% HF inheritance yielded carcasses graded A, whereas only 50% of 75%-HF and 45% of HF animals did so.
