Differences in the chemical composition of some hop forms depending on degree of susceptibility to Verticillium albo-atrum and Fusarium sambucinum. II. Content of free amino acids and soluble sugars, and peroxidase activity

Differences in the chemical composition of some hop forms depending on degree of susceptibility to Verticillium albo-atrum and Fusarium sambucinum. II. Content of free amino acids and soluble sugars, and peroxidase activity

Biuletyn Instytutu Hodowli i Aklimatyzacji Roslin (158): 109-115

Using resistant Northern Brewer, susceptible cultivars Brewer's Gold and Lubelski, new cultivars Estera and Tomyski and 4 clones, rhizomes of plants from healthy and heavily infected plantations were assessed for amino acids, soluble sugars and peroxidase activity. Results are tabulated.
