Differentiating influenzavirus proteins by enzyme immunoassay

Differentiating influenzavirus proteins by enzyme immunoassay

Archiv fur Experimentelle Veterinarmedizin 39(1): 42-49

The double antibody ELISA method was used to differentiate haemagglutinins of influenza A virus strains in the drift period H3. A similar method could be used to differentiate the nucleoproteins of different influenza-A virus strains. The production of virus particles, antisera and conjugates is described in detail.
