Dipeptidase activity and intensity of absorption of amino acids in the intestine of chickens fed on diets containing enzyme preparations

Dipeptidase activity and intensity of absorption of amino acids in the intestine of chickens fed on diets containing enzyme preparations

Membrannoe pishchevarenie i vsasyvanie Tezisy dokladov 3 go Vsesoyuznogo simpoziuma, Jurmala, Latvian SSR, 19-21 March 1986: 49-50

Broiler chickens were fed on a complete basal diet without or with Pektofoetidin G3x 0.03, Tselloviridin G3x 0.05 or Tselloviridin M3k 0.05% of diet by weight. The chickens were starved for 12 h and then killed. The mucous membrane of the small intestine was taken for estimation of dipeptidases for glycyl-glycine, glycyl-leucine and glycyl-DL-valine hydrolysis. Amino acid absorption was estimated with lycine, L-methionine and L-lysine.
