Effect of fertilizer-molasses suspension on stock piled Pensacola Bahiagrass (Paspalum notatum Flugge) in winter

In field studies in 1983, a molasses-fertilizer (N, P, K, Mg and S) suspension applied at 1.1 t/ha in Jan. significantly increased CP, S, P, Mg, Na, Fe and Al contents of mature P. notatum pasture and hay, but had no significant effect on CP and mineral contents of regrowth from initial harvests or on mould and yeast contents of hay.
