Effect of magnesium and season on growth, flowering, fruiting and yield of guava (Psidium guajava L.) cv. Allahabad Safeda

Mg at 0.4%, sprayed on the trees in February or July, for rainy and winter season crops, respectively, significantly increased terminal shoot length, number of leaves, leaf area, number of flower buds, fruit set, fruit retention and yields.
