Abstract
Injectable ivermectin containing 10 mg/ml active ingredient was given subcutaneously at the rate of 300 mg/kg body weight to 40 pigs infected with S. dentatus. The treatment proved 99.4 and 100% effective 2 and 3 weeks, respectively, after infection.
