In the system described harvested material is separated by a separator equipped with 2 blowers run by electric motors. A spray of water along with the gentle slope of the separator chamber floor is used to drop the coffee cherries together with the heavier debris to a V-shaped water tank placed below. A gasoline engine-operated diaphragm suction pump conveys the coffee by water to a washing machine and pulper.
