In Part I (Acta Veterinaria 34, 307-322 (1984)) Vitic showed that, in normal vegetarian animals, blood levels of total lipoproteins, beta lipoproteins, serum cholesterol and serum phospholipids are much lower than in man. Part II examines blood lipids in immunized animals. Lipids and lipoproteins increased in the blood of immunized rabbits. Blood cholesterol increased in immunized horses and sheep.
