Three pigs infected with 1.0 x 104 T. gondii oocysts at 42 to 50 days of gestation and 3 infected at 70 to 93 days were killed after abortion or parturition. Samples of various organs of the adult pigs, foetuses and sucking pigs were inoculated into mice.
