Experiments on distribution and rapid estimation of lead, cadmium and zinc in livers of slaughtered pigs by solid Zeeman atomic absorption spectrometry

Experiments on distribution and rapid estimation of lead, cadmium and zinc in livers of slaughtered pigs by solid Zeeman atomic absorption spectrometry

Zeitschrift fur Analytische Chemie 322(7): 721-727

Lead, cadmium and zinc in 4 pig livers were estimated by Zeeman atomic absorption spectrometry. Pb, Cd and Zn were nearly uniformly distributed in freeze-dried and fresh liver.
