Experiments on the chemical thinning of fruits using naphthylacetic acid

Experiments on the chemical thinning of fruits using naphthylacetic acid

Esperienze e Ricerche, Stazione Sperimentale Agraria Forestale di S Michele all' Adige 1984; 13: 57-62

Two-year studies confirmed the efficiency of 10-15 p.p.m. NAA (as Dirado) when fruitlet diameter was 10-14 mm, for thinning Gloster, Granny Smith, Ozark Golden and Morgenduft apples.
