Experiments on the cross inoculation of downy mildew of wheat and rice, and the conditions for its infection

Experiments on the cross inoculation of downy mildew of wheat and rice, and the conditions for its infection

Plant Protection 10(1): 10-11

In cross inoculations with Sclerophthora macrospora infection was highest (37.07%) on wheat plants inoculated with the pathogen from rice. Immersion of wheat plants during the growing period was the critical condition for development of the pathogen.
