A subcutaneous injection of 0.2 mg ivermectin per kg body weight was tested on groups of cattle on 8 farms in various parts of France. In all cases infestation with D. viviparus was confirmed. Details are provided of the clinical observations and coprological tests during 2-3 weeks after dosing.
