Extent and nature of adoption of biogas plants in Haryana



Agricultural Situation in India 41(2): 75-80



The study was carried out in three districts of Haryana, viz. Kurukshetra, Hissar and Bhiwani, which have the maximum number of biogas plants in their respective agroclimatic zones. From each district two blocks were selected with the maximum number of biogas plants, and from each block two or three villages were selected which had a minimum of 10 biogas plant owners per block.
