External economies provided by tourism: social cost and social benefit of tourism

Benefits as external economies obtained from the protection of environment, provision of recreation facilities, tourism activity, and by the overall improvement of services were defined and analyzed with respect to their economic impacts and policy implications. Social cost creating aspects of the same type of activities and facilities are also highlighted.
