This advisory code lays down recommendations for processing, manufacture, handling, packaging, storage and transport of liquid milk, condensed milk, evaporated milk, butter, cheese, ice cream and other products. It covers the processes of cooling, heat treatment, homogenization, separation, concentration, drying, fermentation, ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis.
