Examination of 150 dogs and 15 cats seven days after s/c injection of ivermectin at 400 micro g/kg body weight showed complete elimination of ascarids, Ancylostoma, Notoedres and Otodectes, and, at, 15 days, of Trichuris, microfilariae, and Sarcoptes.
