Nutrient content of milk and milk products: vitamins of the B complex and vitamin C in retail market milk and milk products

Contents of water-soluble vitamins (thiamin, riboflavin, nicotinic acid, pantothenic acid, biotin, folic acid and vitamins B6, B12 and C) were determined in a range of milks and milk products on retail sale. The samples included liquid cows' milk (pasteurized, UHT-treated or sterilized; full cream, semi-skim or skim), goats' milk, ewes' milk, cows' evaporated, condensed or dried milks, and various types of yoghurt.
