The efficiency of a short-term progestogen treatment combined with PMSG and/or PGF2 alpha was evaluated for the induction of oestrus, initiation of cyclic activity, and fertility during the low breeding season in 49 postpartum buffalo cows which had been anoestrous for 6-10 months.
