Proceedings of the Helminthological Society of Washington 51(2): 261-266



Trout (281 Salmo trutta; 227 Salvelinus fontinalis; and 24 Salmo gairdneri) were collected from 4 lotic environments in the lower peninsula of Michigan, USA and examined for parasites between July 1981 through September 1982. 54% of the fishes harboured one or more of Crepidostomum cooperi, C. cornutum, Acanthocephalus dirus, Neoechinorhynchus cristatus, N. saginatus, Pomphorhynchus bulbocolli, Salmincola edwardsii, Eubothrium sp., Proteocephalus sp., and Rhabdochona sp.
