The use of nuclear techniques to improve domestic buffalo production in Asia: 69-78



Radioimmunoassays were used to measure progesterone and LH in the blood of buffaloes. In a series of experiments, these assays were used to investigate the endocrinological events underlying postpartum ovarian activity and pregnancy, and the relationships between hormone concentrations and clinical manifestations of oestrus.
