In greenhouse experiments in 1975-78, mixtures of 75% Medicago sativa Tula and 25% Dactylis glomerata Motycka, Bromus unioloides Una or Phleum pratense Skrzeszowicka were given 0, 0.9 or 2.7 g N/pot (7 kg soil) in the form of urea or Agramide K-1 (S-coated urea), and the effects on yield, botanical composition and N uptake of the mixtures were determined.
