The management and new production activities of cooperative farms

The management and new production activities of cooperative farms

Szervezes es Vezetes az Elelmiszergazdasagban 4(1/2): 41-44

Besides sketching the problems of the managerial staff of Hungarian cooperative farms, and outlining the need for a reduction in administrative tasks and personnel, the paper describes the traditional and new forms of production schemes in operation on cooperative farms. Industrial servicing activities and other non-agricultural tasks have been permitted on farms since 1982.
