The measurement of chlorogenic acid in potato leaf extracts by high-pressure liquid chromatography

A modification of existing methods is described. In 5 cultivars and 2 experimental clones tested, concentrations were in the range 48-327 micro g/g fresh weight and varied with leaf position and age.
