Vadose water storage and movement at an upland Southern Piedmont site

Over a period of 18 years, hydrologic data were collected on the Clemson Research Watershed, South Carolina. These data provided background for a more detailed study of deep seepage and interflow. Measurements included surface runoff, interflow, soil moisture content to 1585 cm, permanent water table levels under and near the plot and perched water levels in the root zone profile during very wet periods.
