1896 customers were interviewed in 9 shops in the Hamburg area with Elsdorf milk dispensers and 12 shops in Nordrhein-Westfalen and Baden-Wurttemberg with Lich milk dispensers (see DSA 46, 3543 & 8107). The interviews were conducted on 2 occasions: a few weeks after introduction of the dispensers and 12 months later.
