Virus eradication through in vitro techniques

, : Virus eradication through in vitro techniques. Combined Proceedings, International Plant Propagators' Society 1984; 33: 90-100

In vitro heat therapy was successfully used in combination with shoot-tip culture to produce grapevine fanleaf virus-free plants of Vitis vinifera Ranny Vira, but was ineffective for grapevine leaf roll infected material of V. vinifera Schuyler and V. piasezkii.
