Visual ways

, : Visual ways. Visual ways: 47

This handbook (edited by B. Marris) on visual aids first examines visual aids for speakers and then considers displays and exhibits. The first section reviews the value of visual aids to learning; the characteristics of poor and good speakers; and the choice of visual aids for a particular situation. It then presents a visual aid checklist which considers the advantages and disadvantages of each type, suitability to audience sizes, and needs (darkrooms, power plugs, etc.).
