Vitamin B-6 in 123 samples of different foods eaten in the city of Sao Paulo, Brazil, was in yoghurts 0.01 to 0.07, cheeses 0.01 to 0.08, whole and prepared milks 0.01 to 0.05, fruit and vegetable extracts 0.03 to 0.70, and enriched foods 0.20 to 6.00 mg/100 g.
