Yields of winter wheat in the central non-chernozem zone depending on weather, cultivar and fertilizers. Report 2. Productivity of winter wheat cultivars depending on weather and fertilizers on dernopodzolic clay loam soils

Yields of winter wheat in the central non-chernozem zone depending on weather, cultivar and fertilizers. Report 2. Productivity of winter wheat cultivars depending on weather and fertilizers on dernopodzolic clay loam soils

Agrokhimiya 6: 50-56

Winter-hardiness and grain yields of winter wheat (a) Mironovskaya 808, (b) Il'ichevka, (c) Mironovskaya Yubileinaya, (d) Raduga and (e) Zarya were studied in relation to weather conditions and fertilizer application. Increasing NPK fertilizer rates had no consistent effect on winter-hardiness. Cultivar (a) was more winter-hardy than (b) and (c) but less winter-hardy than (d) and (e).
