A genetic analysis of microevolutionary processes in cattle populations (exemplified by the B blood group locus)

A genetic analysis of microevolutionary processes in cattle populations (exemplified by the B blood group locus)

Genetika, USSR 23(12): 2229-2236

Cattle at 3 breeding stations were typed at the B blood group locus. Data were examined from animals born in different years, and from animals of the same age. The effects of stabilizing natural selection and prezygotic selection are indicated in diagrams.
