Application of Tur as seed treatment on a foliar spray to winter wheat decreased viruses, Erysiphe graminis and Septoria tritici (Mycosphaerella graminicola) infection. Chlormequat in combination with Fundozol showed a synergistic effect in decreasing the infection and increased the grain yield by 0.59 t/ha.
