Abstract
This method replaces the routine method issued in 1980 [DSA 47, 6843], which was based on the same principles but did not apply to ice cream. It corresponds to German Federal Republic Standard DIN 10 191 and also to the method described in the German Public Health Ordinance on Direct Farm Sales of Milk [DSA 37, 1763], as amended in 1975.
