Assessment of losses in ragi due to blast disease in Kumaon Hills

Combined leaf, neck and finger blast of Eleusine coracana caused by Pyricularia grisea caused losses of 20.11% under conditions of natural infection. The disease was economically controlled by sprays of Bavistin at an interval of 25-30 d.
